Dalhousie’s College of Pharmacy struggled to fill its PharmD program, admitting only around 60 students despite a 90-seat capacity. Post-pandemic negativity toward health care careers and a looming pharmacist shortage made recruitment even more urgent.
We launched a multi-year campaign featuring student stories, hands-on visuals, interactive quizzes, live info sessions, and bold outdoor ads — all built around one key message: “It’s good to be a pharmacist.”
RESULTS
Dalhousie admitted 100 students in September 2024 — a 72% enrollment increase — and grew a list of over 1,400 prospective students for future recruitment.
